Bedrooms Option
With three spacious bedrooms on the main floor and a large twin bedroom on the top floor, the apartment can accomodate up to six or eight guests. For those requiring only three bedrooms, the owner's own main-floor bedroom (Bedroom One) can be excluded, which attracts a discounted price, but it can be included if the size of your party requires it.

Accommodation Details

  • Living / Dining Room
    This spacious, comfortably furnished room enjoys a western aspect, affording excellent views of Hope Park Church, Kinburn Castle and the coast road into St Andrews. The dining area seats eight comfortably.
  • Kitchenette
    The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything needed for cooking, albeit lack of space might not permit the preparation of a five-course gourmet meal! With so many excellent restaurants within a short walk, we suspect that you might not be doing too much cooking anyway. The equipment includes a microwave, oven, twin induction hobs, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. The kitchen even boasts a plumbed-in coffee machine to make waking up that little bit easier. All appliances are by Miele and of the highest quality. A second fridge in the attic is available for bulkier food and drink items.
  • Bedrooms
    All bedrooms are spacious, fully carpeted throughout, and stylishly furnished. Two folding luggage racks, reading lights and a hairdryer are provided in each bedroom. The three main-floor bedrooms all have traditional window shutters and an en-suite shower room with a heated towel rail. The top floor twin bedroom enjoys a glorious view towards Kinburn Park, and its en-suite has a bath with a shower over.
  • Laundry
    A washing machine and dryer are located between the bedroom and bathroom on the top floor.
  • Drying Area
    The attic has been re-built to accommodate a large drying area, a must for golfers, even in a St Andrews summer! An iron and ironing board are provided.
  • Cellar
    Should you wish to park your bicycle or golf trolley, there is a cellar for this in the basement accessible from the street (such items should not be taken into the apartment).

Technology

  • The apartment has complimentary high-speed broadband Wi-Fi for use with your own smart phone or laptop.
  • Unlimited phone calls can be made to UK landlines or to the United States and Canada (including to cellular phones), as well as to landlines in Australia, New Zealand and 16 European countries.
  • A sophisticated music system is installed (www.sonos.com) with a wide collection of music available, as well as access to Internet radio from around the world, allowing you to listen to your local radio station while staying in St Andrews. You may wish to download the Sonos app to your iPhone, iPad or laptop to control the system either before you arrive or afterwards using the Wi-Fi, or you can use our control unit. You may also use the dock for your iPod.
