Within a three-minute walk of the Royal and Ancient Golf Club and the first tee of The Old Course, and just as close to the town centre, you could not be better located to enjoy St Andrews.

The ruins of St Andrews Cathedral and St Andrews Castle, formerly the Bishops' palace, with its famous bottle dungeon and mine and counter-mine, must be explored, plus the 600-year-old university offers many magnificent buildings. The harbour area and cliff-top walk provides wonderful views of the coast, cathedral, castle and pier, built with stones taken from the cathedral post Reformation.

Besides the town itself, there's lots to see and do in the surrounding area.

The East Neuk of Fife offers a fascinating variety of charming fishing villages, where you will find picturesque harbours, piers and colourful sea-front houses.There's miles of beaches and walking trails to explore and enjoy.

Other Fife visitor attractions include Scotlands Secret Bunker, Ceres Folk Museum, Deep Sea World, and many stately homes, castles and gardens of historical and botanical importance, such as Falkland Palace, not to mention dozens of golf courses in the immediate vicinity of St Andrews, and many other world-class golf courses within an hours drive.

Dundee, Edinburgh, Perth and Stirling are all within easy reach by car or train.
